Tried ELI but it doesn't seem to be as powerful as I was expecting.

I've heard S**ed Links mentioned a lot within the forum, is it any good?

How many hours has it been because wait till 48 hours it should index

Tried it 5 days ago, I just need a tool that's working as I have a load of unindexed links.

Also try indexkings.com, which was mentioned sometime in the past.

I've tried it on a new site a few weeks back and noticed that it is now showing up quite prominently in Google and Bing.

speed-links is the best for bulk indexing for now

any indexer pay per use one?

i build link time to time, but I don't really need to have 10,000 limit, most I need also 50 to 100 per month.

most of the indexer out there charge monthly fees with huge limit.

Any suggestion for per per use indexer?

As I rememeber you have asked for TRIAL 2 days ago and so far non submit any link. Can you explain this?

It depends on what you are trying to index,
how good is the link/content/website, etc...
for web 2.0's with unique content it was 60-70% or even higher for me, within 1 day

There are some guys that giveaway some indexing using speed links in freebies sometimes, you can try it out

I did ask for a Trial indeed, but it's not going on as an Active Membership so I had another paying user index one for me, just to try.

Check your Sitmap is that any issue in Indexing the backlinks. Advice: Kindy avoid Bot indexing tools, do it manual indexing
