There's no easy way to find one. There are lots of service providers in the BST section look for one who has good reviews, keeps his topic updated, etc.

Used ixrumer multiple times, although I haven't seen an increase in serps yet, the guy does over deliver everytime so hes great.

I'm still of the opinion that they will hurt now. Read some of the threads about Panda 2.0.
Anyway, I was happy with DFB. They don't do blog commenting but they do do profile backlinks.
It's a bit weird they way they get done though. You can't have individual anchors for urls on the home page link. Either its all generic like "click here" or you rotate several for the same url (stick to same niche). But for the sig you can specific link text for url and have up to 2 sigs per profile.
So I recommend doing that, but using the generic option for the homepage link.
