Cant believe anyone on here hasn't mentioned Anthony Bourdain. Parts Unknown and No Reservations definitely are great shows.
All shows I think have their own appeal I believe tho. Bourdain's shows are great, as I feel he really doesn't refrain from being his true self despite being on TV. Andrew Zimmerin shows are interesting and really shows the true culture of wherever he is.
Also, don't forget to take your train down to flavor town with Guy Fieri. I think his shows do an okay job (can do better honestly) showing the food scene around the U.S.
