I forgot to mention He-Man- I simply loved it when I was a kid - especially the transformation part where he says - "I Have The Power":D
 
I found He-man cartoons very disturbing when young, thought it was too violent.
 
Someone on IRC got me hooked on a series of videos at youtube. The 80's Carton Intro series.

Voltron ftw.

However, watching ALL of those videos made me realize that there were a ton of cartoons I missed. I dunno if they were regional or what.
