Fatcow - So far, very good...

I signed up at Fatcow a few weeks ago just to have another hosting account, coz as my signature suggests, I'm launching tons of sites and I don't want them all on one IP.

Anyhow, I'm not that familiar with vDeck, which is what fatcow uses (pretty similar to cpanel) and I overwrote one of my bigger sites on there on accident. Long story short, contacted support and within a few mins they had everything fixed and sorted out.

Also, the sites load pretty fast with no downtime so far. Right now they have a promo at 44$ a year.

Have used them too
for me there was no downtime,it just took me a week to figure all things out.
Great host.

Fatcow = iPage which is bad. Just my experience.
Vdeck is good but takes time.

At first i though Fatcow is a member of BHW in jv or selling something :kidding:

Just because they are a member of the group that also owns Ipage and many other Hosting companies does not necessarily mean that the service provided is bad. You should always buy something yourself instead of passing judgement, because only then can you get to the answer of whether Fatcow really are good or bad.

Yep, I use FatCow as well as one of my hosts and they have been pretty responsive in the past with little downtime.

I have 2 hosts : FatCow and JustHost. Well FatCow is far better wholeover than justhost in my opinion

FATCOW SUCKS!. Nothing but bad experience with them. I have had several clients using them and we have run into about every kind of problem you can imagine. Poorly managed servers and unreliable email. STAY AWAY FROM FAT COW!!!

Sometimes I thought web hosting services are like clothes. You just want to pick the right one for you. Could you blame shop owner of a cloth for your wrong selections or mistakes? It is your responsibility to check everything is perfect for you.
