Fatcow Affiliate Program

Hello,

Fatcow offer $100 per every sign up and they pay net-30 which is better than most of hosting affiliates.
I'm wondering if anyone has promoted them and got paid? I don't care about their loading speed etc. I'm interested in affiliate program.
