Okay, there are many ways to get junk traffic but which one would be the fastest? Social media? Craigslist? Autosurf sites?

for junk traffic I think couple of autosurfs at the same time is the fastest way.

Yeah. It depends what you need the traffic for but in my case autosurf is okay, so this is the way I've chosen to go.

Iam not so the expert with autosurfsites... .can you send me (PM is also ok) some of the biggest US Autosurf sites (i also only need junk traffic with redirect)

I think all three have it own role for junk traffic.

traffic exchange is another option too.

But the mostly "traffic exchange" sites, can't deliver traffic.

I have tested 8 different site and get daily ~ 50-100 user each site from them.

I would just recommend buying it, i mean it is really cheap and more reliable than most other methods

remember, dont buy traffic if your site have adsense on it.
