Fastest way to get ~150 subscribers

Hey guys, first time poster here.

I am in urgent need for around 150 subscribers. There are a lot of events for creators here but one of the hard requirements is always "1000 subscribers" to participate.
Since my time is running out with natural growth, what are some steps I can do to fill the last 150 up?

Is running a ad-campaign worth it? Can I just do 150 sub4sub (if that even exists)?

I was even thinking about "buying" them but heard horror stories about banned channels which I don't want.

Any advise?

Just an update - I had huge success with sub4subs. Chopped the 150 subs in little to no time.
 
sub4sub wants to have access to my videos and channel, including positng comments and managing videos.

No thanks.
 
There is a bunch of iPhone apps that you can join I forgot one of them but its like a fire logo or something. Anyways that one is really easy to help you get a bunch of "subs". Note they might be real but most of them unsub and never watch your stuff. Better to go the good content = subs (slowly).
 
Most of them unsubscribe after a while and don't watch your videos but if you're looking to get that quickly you could use sub4subs
