Fastest way to create e-commerce website.

Hello,

i want to know what is the fastest way to create a e-commerce website ? I mean there is some CMS such as magento who allow it ?
Usually i used to use prestashop, but its very slow, i have to make item one by one, is pretty slow.

For my new website i want to be able to create around 1000 items, there is any way to do it auto mode ? I have already picture and stuff like this...

Anyone to tell me the best way to create a 1000 items website in less than 2days ?
