Fastest VPS on the market?

hey guys, wondering what the fastest vps is on the market. the task it will be doing is sending as many requests per second to a clothing website called supreme, as their products drop every thursday at 10 am, so i need to send a lot of requests to make sure i am the first that add's a product to my cart. the files stored on the server won't be very big, so I'm not concerned about the storage, just the speed. thanks

Go with one that is near to their own servers
 
Go with Poweruphosting VPS, I used to be a part of their server and their server working really fast. Prices are reasonable too.
 
Check my sig. I have a couple dedicated servers with them. No complaints and they are real fast.
 
Anything with an SSD & 1GB+ connection. My suggestion would be to check reviews and feedback to the provider you're looking to purchases services from.
 
for me hetzner is the best. Great support, low price, fast hardware
 
I think any reputable vps company will do just as long as you get one that's in the same country as the site's server.
 
Check with francededicatedservers they have good servers with 1Gbps and those are dedicated cheap and on budget.
 
Here's your best bet: figure out who is hosting the clothing website, and see if their host provides VPS instances in the data center hosting the clothing site.
