I am making a blog for education on passing certification exams in my field. I want to be able to post quizzes and stuff like that and have a paid section. I also don't want it to be clunky, I need fast. Does anyone know a good/fast theme for this? Paid or not I don't mind.

Not sure if anyone here would have tested many e-learning themes. But there's quite a few e-learning themes in the TF marketplace now that are quite pleasant. I'm sure you could at least run initial speed tests on the demo sites to see if there are any major concerns (at a high level of course).
