Any recommendations for fast webhosting with monthly billing cycle and;
a) have fast DB like maria or mongodb ?
b) I can buy (option) a dedicated ip address?
c) good ressources setup cpu+ram + PHP workers ?
d) has nvme disks
e) and have some premium wordpress themes include or an AI website builder who builds your whole site based on questions ?
any tips , recommends?

your e) option has nothing to do with hosting, you'll need a software/plugin/script for this,
you can get a VPS & install any kind of PHP/DB apps you'll need,
contabo provides a good resources/price rate that i would recommend,
you can easily install aapanel which makes all the other installations pretty simple,
the CPU is not that good tho, all depends on the type of web scripts you're planning to use

Yes I agree, the AI website builder feature you get this from extren AI providers, but are not Maria and Mangodb the fastest databases to have a fast wordpress site running? Hard to find webhosting providers with that feature, some have Maria DB.
Most webhosting providers have standard PHP DB, ssd and forget it to get a dedicate dip.......(except you buy dedicated hosting or a vps- but what has that to do with it ? )

There are ways to use free tiers to your advantage, but I doubt you are gonna be satisfied with a so called “fastest shared host now bruh”. Shared hosts suck. You should know it, judging by the number of vpses you have. A fast free host is an oxymoron. I am talking about php hosts btw, like eg wordpress hosts.
If your site is made with a modern framework (not wordpress that is), you probably can use a modern host like cloudflare pages, vercel and so on.
If you had a static site generation tool, you could take advantage from free static hosts like github. But probably no.. right?

Which framework is more easy to use then wordpress similar to squarspace as example ? Not a website builder please.....
Squarespace: many people wrote that their ss pages not get indexed and I not saw till today a ss website with multiple serp listings , with wordpress yes, that means it's not equal which cms you use to try gain multiple serp listings. WP team and SS team doing nothing to improve their cms.
And thes emodern stacks like webflow I not understand it too complicated ghost and craft cms the same....

Squarespace is not a framework, sorry to say dude. It’s a drag and drop website building tool which is mostly used by people who do not have any kind of programming skills.
webflow might actually do it for you. It’s a blog backend right? Anything that can expose an api works fine. Doesn’t matter. I personally use yii framework as I can move forward with it the quickest. Heck just use the wordpress admin itself if you like it. You could still connect to mysql directly and render whatever you want to in a custom frontend (astro? Nextjs? nuxtjs? Solidjs? Hugo? There are lots of options) , or even use the wp rest api.
In order to host on cf for example, you either need a static build, or need a backend that can work with cf workers (google it.. not too familiar with that platform).
The point is, there are ways. You just need to know what you are doing. As simple as that.

it is different. It is neither easier nor tougher I would say. Your dev experience will be different. Have you ever heard of this wp plugin called pods framework? The experience will be similar, if you want to have an experience of what custom backend development is like. But it is not on the same level. Yii is a framework, wp plugins are just plugins.
Yii framework will feel like home if someone has some ruby on rails experience.

I will check it, I see the weblow CMS has a limit of 150 pages, with that you can not build a big websites with 3-4 categories and blogging everyday...?it is different. i wouldn’t use such a limiting backend. I would rather use something really free (as in something that has a serious backend), like strapi for example.

Little downsite I see on hostgnome is scaling, when your traffic grows up,they not have a hosting plan with 4cpu+4ram,then you must buy an unmanaged vps....

and yeah I know wordpress premium themes have nothing to do with webhosting business ,but it's beautiful when webhost providers include some wp premium themes, because the ylook better and are far more easy to customize than the crap of wp themes who now are 4 years old and more, the same with their patterns- boring......
I will try out Festinger a premium theme with schema markup in the code and with premade patterns/layouts or an AI wordpress site builder, but proplem is often when you need an update because the plugin or theme not works, you must contact Festinger to fix it , may be serveral times a year...
On the other hand, for the over complicated Drupal9 there is a cheap good modern page builder= DXPR, but Drupal is so complicated, how I add a sign up form to a sidebar as example? I don't know it, you must configure mutltiple settings on their cms configuration before this thing will work....

But their setup is a nightmare complicated process......
Their server ssh login is it as easy as google cloud? You click on it and the console opens with your credentials no need to edit files in the terminal to get access with your keywords and ssh keys and whatnot.
