You know, you could always just get a VPS for a cheap price and run your own proxy server. That's what I do actually, using Webmin and Squid. Buy new IPs when you need them, and configure them from the VPS. It's really simple, and you don't have to worry about the proxies not working because you're in control. Just use them wisely, and you should be fine.

I tried cloakfish already they are slow.
now i dont have that much time to get VPS for myself.But i will follow your suggestion in future.
