What is the fastest and SEO optimized WordPress theme for u?

I don't trust anything I found online so I develop my own themes.

That's a good response.
But talking about shop like Themeforest, MyThemeShop, ecc...? What theme do u think is better?

I find the fastest and best solution is to not use WordPress.

I know but my question was very specific.
WordPress themes, not HTML or self-developed themes.

The most basic themes like 2012, 2014, get someone to customise it or search for child themes for it.

I have been using themeforest themes, I am happy with those themes they are fast, optimized.

I've tested and used a lot of wordpress themes I've found "Schema" from MyThemeShop the fastest. Still, the speed depends on the page size. Very large images and self hosted videos will slow down your site irrespective of the theme used. Hope this helps.

Nothing is wrong with WordPress just in general it is slower due to more files and databases.

Divi would be my best bet. Just use optimized photos, install lazyload for good measure, and you're golden.

Have any of you guys used paid CDNs, such as Max CDN?

Do they speed things up much?

Lots of themes are playing with SEO in this internet world. So find it, grab it. If you think that, its not SEO optimize, so why are wasting your time, make it SEO friendly. It's simple logic.

yea my suggestion would be go search a well optimized theme without a lot of bloat. Things like parralax and other effects wind up slowing down performance.

In my experience, Schema by MyThemeShop is the fastest WP theme you can get. I have been able to score a 100 on PageSpeed with Schema on more than a few websites. Only websites I couldn't take to 100 were the ones where I was relying on AdSense instead of affiliate sales.
