Fastclick/CPX/Cascale

I keep getting denied from these networks, I have quality sites with over 6000 u/vs a day and I constantly keep getting denied from them. If anyone has had some luck with them please help me out. What confuses me is that I have been accepted into whatever CPA network and have had people pay me to get them into cpa networks but for some reason I cant get into these cpm/cpa networks with my quality sites. Ridiculous..please help
