You cannot reach monetization that way. It has to be organic or paid. If paid, choose a good platform.

Anybody no? Maybe I can buy legally traffic and some of these people will subsribe my channell and will make 4000 hours watching. I don't know. I haven't got any idea.
 
Look somewhere else. You can find service offering that here instead of buying outside.
 
This looks like a scam. I would suggest to go for a better platform than this.
 
I don't think it's a scam. I get Hours of Viewing and Subscriber services from direct providers; By having this you can get a quick and effective monetization in less than 1 week for less than 40USD. It always depends on where you buy it.
Similarly, look for some references before making purchases, and when I talk about references I talk about people who did invest in that panel, not people who assume things.
