fast WordPress Hosting

I think you should check hyper.host I host over 40 WP websites for a single price and it's amazingly fast with good support.

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/alexhost-down-today.1320544/Well... uhmm.. I wouldn't bother with them too much lol.

Every Hosting provider have their downtime, troubles. If you find a Hosting Provider that doesn't have any downtime 100% uptime with ANY client
I will give you my apologies.

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.ovh.com
Look at those reviews, they have 70% of bad reviews!! 70%! But they still having a lot of clients new everyday!

Even OVH suffered a big fire in their Datacenters, that make a lot of customers with servers down for several days and hours! OVH is one of biggest Hosting providers in Europe.

People needs to understand, things is not like you see. Unlimited space doesn't exist for example, is just a marketing trick, but most of customers still believing that exists.
Even Google said will change unlimited to Limited, so what's the point here?

Alexhost had problems with DDoS Attacks, not with servers or Datacenter, that is a valid reason and is different that something you can fix in some couple of minutes or hours.
DDoS Attacks can't be easy solved in seconds or minutes, if attack is bigger you will be hard work to do, just make your research.

Research a little more, how DDoS Attacks are an headache for any Hosting Provider, ask them. Ask them about bigger attacks if is an headache or not.
That's what is. You should view the other side also. If you only see your side, you will judge without know.

I had problems with DDoS Attacks in my websites, is not easy to solution. I've need to switch to other provider and even with DDoS Protection, it can be offline sometimes.

DDoS Attacks is like a Whac-A-Mole game, won who have the best solution, but no one will guaraante that doesn't come other attack that will defeat you (:

Alexhost is decent Hosting provider, with LiteSpeed Hosting (currently using them, they are very good for Wordpress, very fast)

And also did you check the review of the user? He tried Alexhost, if is bad certainly he didn't posted that.

Another one, when you are happy with your ISP, do you call them to say "thank you, your services are great, amazing, I love it.. Good service" do you call your Internet provider? Hmmm I don't think so.
When we're happy, we don't care about giving positive feedback, but when we are angry or bad you will go say bad things about them like "they are bad blah blah blah"

Just my 2cents.

A few years ago, good hosting providers were Hostgator and A2 Hosting. Now I think that Siteground is the fastest hosting for WordPress.

Use DigitalOcean and grab openlitespeed image from Marketplace. Use Redis for object caching and should be good to go.
From DO firewall, block all ports except 443. You can add ssh port when required, and remove once done with the changes

Block all ports? Alright sir, block 80 and 8080 ports and let me know if your website is running well.

I said except 443, you will have to keep just port 443 open.
Port 80 is http, not required since most people use SSL, so you can just do http to https redirection at cloudflare.
I am not sure why you need port 8080 for, unless you are using custom python/ node or java app. In that case, you should use reverse proxy and still expose only 443.

The netshop-isp.com middle plan ($10) has only 3GB Disk storage what should I do with that limit?
Doing 10 wordpress posts with visuals than I reach the end ?

Additional services I can get dedicate ip that is good. (when that makes sense for better seo)
add additional 20Gb disk storage =cost another $20 a month.

It's an expensive web hoster.
For my first main domain I have done upgrade my host plan on interserver to the Boost2 plan and get fast speed - near to nginx only, yes using only nginx is an edge faster- but the difference is not like day and night, be impressed with interserver hosting. Standard guten theme has 720ms full page load on gtmetrix. On some days I have 720ms full page load on other days it is at 1,2 seconds, same with ttfb some days it is at 250ms -other days at 340ms. It is fast enough.

Ok using only nginx speed is more stable every day and an edge faster. But using Hestia panel with a cloud vm, I was not able to change the nginx config file, all changes I made had no effects, save and restarts- no matter, no effects. So I stop using a cloud vm.

LOL-Hetzner promise a big 30 days free trial yes? Now I delete my account on them and they charged me with an invoice of $2,21, on the 30 days free trial phase. Big scumbags.

Only downside with intersever hosting - their Live chat response is slow you need patience with them, but they are helpful and fix your problems.

I use Hostinger at the moment and had no problems so far.
Hetzner and Cloudways are also very good.

managed vps hosting providers are good option but those are expensive. Choose the hosting with good ram and good customer support.

I don't know how dedicated IP helps in SEO.
A lot of sites these days are behind cloudflare which has handful of IP's and are blacklisted. Still these sites are able to rank

Fast wordpress justing will be with nginx or litespeed web server.

WPX, Namecheap are both great solutions.

For offshore, for my proper experience (i don't have much money to spend)
lyrahosting.com
veesp.com
alexhost.com

Any host with litespeed web server will do wonder.

My shared hosting with @DamoHG - Hostgnome.com has litespeed web server and it makes Wordpress incredibly fast.

WPX. Blazing fast and expensive.

I would only consider it for sites that exceed 30K sessions per month.
If you are on the 15 websites per month on WPX it comes out to about $3.33 per website a month which is pretty cheap for what you get there. Just have to have at least 15 websites, otherwise, you will be paying 24 bucks per month for one website.
