Know your goal and work hard. It isn't a skill you can acquire. If you want to work hard, you will.

That's funny... looking for a shortcut on learning how to work hard...

Honestly, start one day at a time - even one hour at a time. Think hard on what you want, and then think about what it would take to make it happen... put up visuals around you to remind you of your goal and then when you start to stray, look at those goals... and re-focus.

    Good luck!

Don't eat any food for 2-3 days. In that time just laze around and do absolutely nothing. When you know what real hunger is you will work your ass of as you would never want to be in that position ever again.

dont set yourself massive goals from the outset but instead have small targets that you can achieve in a short space of time because when you see progress you then get into the groove of wanting to get the next target etc
