Fast/Stable Rotating Datacenter proxies?

Who sells the best Rotating DC proxies? We need our app to be able to run at 100-200 req/sec while totally flawless and low latency.
We have tried:
Stormproxies = too slow, we also tried their dedicated proxies also too slow.
Smartproxy.com = A complete joke "our proxies are currently slow due to a 'Sneaker drop' - ROFLMAO
Luminati = Perhaps fast but KYC and some video call in 30 days to get approved isn't really helping us.

Anyone else that isn't going to waste our time?

You're requesting Sneakers proxies .Normal dc proxies won't work on sneakers drops , that why speed is slow or already banned
Why not you try static ISP proxies for all kind of sneakers sites ?
 
I use blazing proxy and it works flawless
 
We need speed, that's why we go for DC - We have been verified at Luminati and I must say it's the best we have used.

yes you're saying correct dc proxies speed is good then normal mobile / residential proxies
but if you compare dc proxies to Static 10GB port link of ISP proxies then that kind of ISP proxies are massive speed then dc proxies

if you use a sneakers bot in a 10GB port link of windows server with 10GB ISP of proxies , You will see killing ping speed for releases :)
