Fast Setting on Instagress?

I have a 3 year old account on Instagram and am currently following and unfollowing people through Instagress. I am currently using the normal setting but I was wondering if I should use the fast setting. The normal setting allows me to follow 300 users a day while the fast setting allows for 350. I really do not want to get banned so if it is too risky I will stick with the normal setting. Also I would like anyone's input on how else I could possibly be using this bot for more followers. I have tried many things but the only successful avenue has been to follow and unfollow users every 3 days. Any help is appreciated thanks!

I would just stick to normal. if you don't want to get banned then I wouldn't risk it If you want to grow an account fast check this. Sometimes it's faster just to do it manually.
