fast rotation datacenter proxy suggestions?

I searched the whole forum. Please allow me to ask this here.

Any suggestions on fast rotation datacenter proxy with large IP pool?

So far I have tried ProxyRack (about 10k ip), SmartProxy ( about 40k) privateProxy(about 20k), storm proxy(only allow 1 computer), netnut, etc.
I am not able to sign up for bright data, they require company entity.

I don't mind to pay 3 digit a month, but it has to be fast with larger pool size.

Yes i have checked them and also contacted a couple. still trying a few. but all I tried doesn't seem to be fast enough considering i only require datacenter ips.

I use proxies.com for rotations, and webshare for everything else.
