i know there's the report button, but i think in these cases an option to not to bump the thread with a new post (like this one) would be great, sometimes you need to alert others w/o giving more exposure to the spammer

i can imagine this as an option what you can enable/disable before each post you make, just like you can enable/disable smilies for instance
