Fast mining script that doesnt pay fees to third party

There are many platforms but they all take some fee and you dont even know how big it is.




In my understanding they take fee in exchange for mining script but these scripts are free in Google.


Or I am missing something and theres more functionality in these platforsm like sending money to paypal or something?
