Fast indexing - please help

I have a lot of websites and looking for a way to quickly indexations. What are the ways I recommend?

go to link2rss.com and plug them in to create feeds. upload the feeds to your hosting account and then plug them into feedlisting.com , it's what i've used and it's working awesome at the moment. it's a bit tedious, but i've automated it for the most part with Indexing ***** from wickedfire.http://www.wickedfire.com/links-seo/107786-indexing-*****.html
