Hello,

My actual hosting provider is in Dallas and my pages process time on the server are usually around 0.05sec: However a lot of SEO tools reports page load time around 3-4 sec. There are ~10 additional resource for the page like css, js and icons.
Could you offer a fast and realible hosting provider where I can make SEO performance test before the order?

Just look at a waterfall report of your site's loading and see if there are any issues there. The page will load really fast after you load it the first time (cache), but when you run mobile load tests it will load for the first time on that "device". Just get a regular VPS and you should be fine with webpages that only have 10ish resources...

I use PageRank Status plugin for chrome and it reports 2,5-3 sec for their(Hostwinds) main site. I try to find a provider where this time can be under 2sec or even better under 1,5 (Of course with a small site with few resources.)

Check the marketplace for hosting. Hostwinds is being recommended a lot these days.

And what do you think what is better/faster if I want to host 5-10 sites. A basic reseller plan or a budget VPS?
