Fast free proxy switching programs?

I was wondering if there are programs out there with a fresh database of proxies that you can switch with a couple of mouse clicks..

AOL dialer is wonderful for this for example but are there any others? With AOL dialer you can connect and disconnect and get a new IP each time...

Erm im realy in a need for that kind of softwere
