You are not in proper condition to work online if it's a first time thing. You need to get a real job like 99% of the world and get back on top of things. Then and only then, once you have money to plan with, you try the online thing.
Internet Marketing isn't like a life line, it's like a promotion or upgrade. You get financially stable then you start. There is too much on the line for you right now.
You wouldn't know when enough is enough if it smacked you in the face (that's a joke), and the sad part is, it has. Internet Marketing has already proved to your its unreliability, and you need to respect that. Get a job, work back your money, and try again.

You said your adsense account got banned - is the mistake you made avoidable? I mean, could you reasonably replicate that result if changing it up to avoid tripping the banhammer.
Because if you could, I strongly suggest turning it into a method/blueprint/whatever and selling it as a WSO. They lap up that stuff over there. "total newbie earns $5769.67 in three months on adsense" or whatever.
If it was totally blackhat though, that probably wont work, say sorry.

Don't give up! Diversify and set up more Adsense accounts, make sure the accounts can't be linked and repeat the methods that got you that first 3k. You can do it.
In the meantime troll your local areas and social networks for some extra web design work or whatever, there is a ton of business out there just waiting for you to ask for it.

Just my 2 cents.....Instead of moving out of your parents house completely. Why dont you just start kicking out a little cash for rent. No! you cant stay there "rent free" any longer, but you should try negotiating something with them to rent out your room. It will be alot less then moving out on your own and will allow you to save some money to bank with and pay off debts until you can fully get on your feet.
