Fashion news website, copyright issues ?

I am thinking about setting up new fashion "news" website, our writers would obivously get they idea/text from multiple other websites and use/link to their pictures (source would be stated) is this legal ? Obviously if they would complain we would take pics down and stop using that website as source.

I see A LOT of websites taking news from other websites and then clearly mentioning the source. I reckon as long as you mention your source, there shouldn't be a problem. It's almost like you're doing free advertising for their news sites. I doubt you'll get complaints.

You have to mention source for text and for images. You have to change at least title for every article.

But I would rather start writing my own articles if I'm you.

If you want to make quality fashion news site, then pick up the news from authority site and write in your words and give courtesy to them for using the contents. You should use other images if possible and I think you'll find it after doing research. But if you'll use rewriting content and same images, then you won't get the authority like the original site has.
