How an adwords camping should be organized for fashion ecommerce?
what are the points to be attention?

You can follow the following steps
1. Find your Audience
2. Work on your competitors, find and understand what they are doing.
3. Choosing the platform, since you have posted this in Adwords, so I assume you are going with Google Adwords.
4. Define your budget
5. Do your home work, find the best keywords, then divide the campaign into small ad groups with customized ad groups.
6. Put a conversion tracker and observe whats working and what isn't.

Choose correct keywords (preferably exact matches rather than broad matches)to target and make sure to add the negative keywords.
 
Choosing keywords is the most important thing, broad match kw can lead to disaster, so better is to use exact match and add negative kws.

2 things to do.

1. Build up your shopping feed ASAP and get that going.

2. Build text ads, I find it easier to organise them if I build the ad groups and around my categories so each category will have its own advert. I don't worry about the individual products, the shopping feed will sort that.
 
Targetting the correct audience, using relevant keywords as mentioned above and mainly use of negative keywords.
Using image ads is yet the best thing for fashion ecommerce for getting traffic attracted to your site.
 
1. You need to use tracking like prosper202 in order to ensure that you are able to track each and everything.
2. Choose the keywords according to the audience.
3. Instead of bidding exact like 1.7$ bid for 1.72 that would help you outsmart the competitors.
4. Constantly adapt your campaign.
5. Try network publishing as well instead of just search engine ads.

These are some of the tips which can surely, give you an advantage.

Good point, I guess they call it google SHOPPING for a fucking reason after all....

What else could you use it for?

OP, yes it works very well. I am averaging 4% conversion rates through shopping and I have never ever tweaked the ad settings. I am struggling on 2% with text ads and I am constantly testing and tweaking.

Google shopping CPC is also about 70% lower than the text ads.
 
Choose correct keywords. B'coz it is Very important for traffic. you check also competitor's kw.
