I purchased this domain along with farmvilletv.com, If I develop one of those sites like farmvillefreak.com will zynga sue me?

I heard they are projected to make 835 mill this year....

I have a really original way to spin it but I could use a net business savvy person to really launch it with a solid monetized foundation.

Spark any interest?

Eventually they might sue, especially if your using the name for profit, but noone here can tell you for sure.
 
yeah I guess I couldn't start nikemagazine.com or cocacolamagazine.com or could I?
 
I've been e-mailed by eBay for domains registered with ebay in it. Just a polite "stop and we won't take it any further."

I imagine Zynga could do the same as I assume they have FarmVille trademarked.

For FarmVille related projects I have I have avoided using FarmVille in anything I can't change easily in the future e.g. domain name.
 
Hmmm... would I have any protection as a "Journalist"?

After all I am Just covering and reporting on farms and events and occurrences concerning those farms.

Almost as if I were covering Disney Memorabilia art and collections.
