I can't speak from experience about 10LinksADay specifically because I've never used it, but Ralph's tools and ideas have been solid and effective for more than 10 years.

Ralph Teigtmeier is the face of Fantomaster, the guys who run/own the 10LinksADay service. They've been around for quite a while.

I have heard nice things about 10linksaday. I have these questions:
1. What's the likelihood of getting dropped from Google's index for using such a service? Is there a history of such things happening?
2. What other similar link-building tools are there that you have used personally and recommend?
