I need your help.

I installed it, its giving me:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

cause if I paid almost $3000 for a software and it behaved as you described I'd be on the phone immediately.

Yes, I am using nulled one.

Make sure all of your permissions are set correctly.

Look inside SMSetup.pm to make sure your paths are set correctly

Look inside X.cgi to make sure the appropriate domain is setup.

Make sure cgi-bin has proper permissions.

Make sure you uploaded the appropriate files in ASCII.

If none of that fixes it, you're screwed or don't have all the files to make it work.
