what do you all think about quality vs quantity of fans for a facebook fan page? ex. a local business versus something that has mass appeal.

Depends really. But a topic that has mass appeal is probably the best nowadays.

Everyone's saying mass appeal and I suppose that's right for fanpages. But I personally make much more $$$ out of targetted groups...

what about the "post quality" that tracks how many people engaged in your page? looking for marketing for local businesses as opposed to a mass cpa offer.
