fan page suggesting down?

I think it is down for me 100%, anyone else seeing this? I select friends, hit submit and the window goes away and never says anything is sent

Haven't got the chance to test it but i wont be surprise if its not working.
If you checkout the FB Developers Forum, there are lots of errors/bugs reported lately and many things are not functioning well..
 
lets hope they are fixing the problem with more than 49 invites not going out
 
Hopefully, suggestions are down in firefox, safari and opera as i tried.
In crome is still same old story, you can send suggestions but nobody will receive it unless you send less than 49 invites.
 
back again, but over 49 still not working
 
well it looks like it is sending, but sending not going out yet :(
 
nevermind, my under 49 showed up !!
 
Newb question:

How do you know the invites are actually being sent? I used the select all code and sent to all my fb friends and they all got grayed out.

I am friends with 1 of my fake accounts, I test it. difficult?
 
I`ve already tried it. I send suggestion to my second fake accout and nothing. It looks like only way to do is sending bulk message to all friends :/
