Fan page help

Hey guys,
I have a fan page based of a tv series. Couple questions: First, is it illegal to pull pictures from the series official facebook page. Will that get me banned? Second, posting you tube links are ok as long as it gives the original author credit (which it does in the post automatically) Would hate to lose this page its been doing well. Thanks in advance. Not sure how pictures work on FB

Really? no one can help me out with this? I was wondering because I see some pages with about like twilight that use images from the movie and also webpages is that legal?

Its kind a strechy what is allowed and what is not allowed. Directly linking and pulling pictures directly from them is direct sticking them in the eye, but if you are hosting those pictures, mixed with some photos from other sources, with a note somewhere that in any way you are not connected with them and you are responsible for your blog/fan page/site and that you are just a fan, collecting for you and your followers... Find some similar pages and see how they made their legal pages and disclaimers and make it like them.
