Fan page - category type

can anyone tell me advantages/disadvantages of the different types of facebook fanpage category types?

i see a lot of old complaints that facebook doesn't allow you to change type of fanpage.

only difference i see is in the "info" tab. personal for person, and business details for more official categories.

my new page shows up as "person" instant facebook search but "page" in search. it shows up in spot #2, so should i just keep it person?

it is for a website/affiliate product promotion/sales....

can someone tell me if i should delete this page and start a new one in under "product" or "website" category before i start building up fan base.
