Falsely Copyright Strikes

Hello guys, some days ago 3 of my friends uploaded gaming videos and they got copyright strikes in just random moment of the videos. Youtube says that it's copyrighted by youtube.c0m/user/BelieveSas (just look at his video's comments, my friends are not the only who had this thing). Well my questions is how he done this and can user like him get ban on YT?
