False Tracking Number

Hello BHW,

I need your help for a second.
I am using an online platform to trade trading cards, called cardmarket.
A user, who has scammed me in the past, has bought from me.

I requested a sale cancellation but he rejected, and i also talking with cardmarket, and they also rejected.
So, for them, i have to ship the item.

I really do not want to ship to him, because i know he will try to scam me one way or another.
Now, since he bought premium shipping, i have to provide him with a tracking number.

This is no way looking for a method to scam this guy, because, cardmarket will hold the money as a middleman.
He will just get a full refund, when the cards do not arrive.
But, is there a way, to have a fake / spoofed tracking number, and then, when the order "does not arrive", i can just refund him?

What happens if you just don't submit anything, leave the order pending, and don't update anything? There must be a deadline to update an order and mark it as shipped before the system cancels the sale, or something like that.

The buyer reported me after 3 days of not responding, getting my account suspended for selling untill shipped :/

And if you send something else not related to what he bought, is it possible to cancel the sale for the reason "item does not match what was purchased" and refund him?
