False Claim on YoTube Video? | Need Help from YouTube Experts

I submit copyright claim on a video of one of my competitor on YouTube video (He is the real owner), And guess what video got deleted..:D.
But the uploader send me this email...See Screen-shot...

Also he sends a lot emails.. This is also one of those mail...

How can I take back my false claim?

I want to ask from experts, Is there any risk?
What action he can take? As, It was also the fault of YouTube that they take false action to remove the video.?
What court action he can take.?

The Law is that if you flag YT Vids falsely, then they send a team over to confiscate your computers. Usually you will have them returned within 6 months, but if it happens again they come round and break your fingers.
 
If you're in the U.S., you can be fined or even, be jailed.
Stealing copyrighted material is already a serious offense but you took it further and falsely claimed ownership and made the original owner losing his videos.
You deserve some serious consequence.
This is a online forum, not a den of criminals.

3. Submit Retraction.
4. Select his video and hit the "Retract Claims".

Go and sin no more.

Just keep on false claiming other people videos, youtube loves it.
