Hey, has anybody else run into this? Is it similar to the old issue on YouTube where people falsely copyright popular videos in order to steal ad revenue?

If you go to any popular re-used audio, even ones where it's just a person saying something funny without any background audio, if you go to the audio it will say "Contains: [Some random Spanish or Portuguese song]", and if you go to the account it's always a fake account with bot followers and really stupid AI-generated songs with AI-generated pictures of sunsets or Arabic text. It also has caused lots of audios to get taken down and muted, and seems to kill the traffic when I use these for trends, and I've seen it happen way too many times.

Is this just TikTok being broken and detecting a song that isn't there, or is somebody abusing the system and claiming audios? Is it a good money making method?

Edit:
Here's an example

The account who "owns" the audio: https://www.tiktok.com/@motivacaocomesperanca
