What do you mean by "lost all the money", it is because you sold your crypto?
Or it's just because their value atm is a lot less that a year ago?
Because those are two different things.
My asset too are like -70%, but if this isn't your first bear market, it's not the end of the world as it may seems

Well, I used to play league, the only way I would ever have fun playing that game was adding a little spice to the chat. As I wanted to be less likely to get banned and come off as stupid as possible, without really being toxic, I would often type something like "I fak all mam". Lol.. I don't play much anymore and especially not use the chat anymore cause typing at all even if it's not really toxic, can get you banned.
I hope so too..
My knowledge is better now, but what is much much worse and hard to control is the feeling of losing what I've had and feeling desperate to somehow make it back. It has been eating me up for months, and most importantly eating up even the small amount of money that somehow finds my way..
