1 : Get 500 proxies. Those can be public or private. Doesn't matter.

2 : Download RatioMaster

3 : Spoof Upload your torrent with RatioMaster.

4 : Switch proxies with software like Elite Proxy Switcher. Repeat the step.

Use VirtualBox or sandboxie to multiply this process.
