Hello,

is it possible to fake the members of a facebook group/page? I guess not otherwise everyone would have a way to make the own page go viral because it looks like its loved by all. Or is there a (cheap) way?

Only to raise the membercount. "Having the most members"-Like. Its not a page for earning money.

one user can only like your fanpage once , so you need to create millions of accounts to achieve that

And I presume thats not possible (automated) without problems. Otherwise that would mean you can make your group big so more people see it and at the end more people join. Right?

If correct then the only way would be to buy these friends from someone having access to many accounts or groups with friends?

I'd say it's a lot easier to get someone real to join your group/like your page than to create a fake profile & do it yourself.

Also I'm not sure people join groups just because there's millions of people in them already.. - that's of course not the case if you're building a band/company page - in that case more does equal better

So there are no persons somewhere who hold a bunch of several hundred K of fake profiles they can quickly and for low money make friends of a group... Too bad...

it is possible to fake a number of likes of a page and it can be showed in external page..

How many likes could be faked with this? Some hundred K? And what is needed for that?
