Fake the information for CPA signup

im outside the states and i saw that i need to fill in some W-8BEN crap but i was just wondering if i could fake some of the info i need to fill in.

stuff like address (if using check then will use real), name, age, things...

im outside america so maybe they won't be bothered to sue me???

also, i will actually be making serious bank with these accounts

... which leads me to.... can i make multiple accounts to spread the cash so if i get banned i will only lose a certain amount?

from wat i seen it is only against their policies (means not illegal).

but im still not sure about the tax law part

I suppose many of you do not give real personal info.

Most networks if you are from the UK you don't need to fill out any of their forms but instead declare no US activities. Then get paid by paypal.

If you work with a US network and your outside the US you shouldnt have to worry about the tax forms, that's so networks can tell the US government that we paid out money to someone you cant get taxes from. If you lie to us it doesnt matter, we just pass it on to the government

I dont think networks report to your country tax department, at least i know i dont.

Regarding faking the signup info, when you try to change it after approval you might get denied again, as most networks have to approve any change you make to your profile.

As long as youre not scamming the network or advertiser, talk to an AM at your network, i am sure they will try to help you do what you want to do with the least amount of headaches.
