I would not try it personally, you might end with shamed ranking. Hire some freelancers to give you the rating at low cost, so it will look more natural and no harm to your site.
You could probably just inject ratings directly into the plugin's table in the database (should work with whichever plugin you prefer as long as the reviews are stored locally)
