Fake Paypal questions

Hi, Yes I know there have been many discussions on this but some of these following questions are a little gray to me and cant find an answer.

Yes I know how to create fake egay, and gaypal accounts, different IP, info but with a real bank info.

1) Yes everything is fake, except for the bank info on paypal, but what are the legalities of this, what DOSE paypal do ? (Please don't give me the what can happen)
2) Is it really as simple as make a fake Ebay and Paypal throw away accounts, and your ok to have your real bank info?
3)How do people successfully withdraw the cash without it being taken back?

To stop them taking money back you have to transfer it out, close the PP account and also cancel any direct debits for them with your bank.

As regards what they do? Well, in the UK I know of one case where they are trying to reclaim monies that were transferred out of a sellers account and the buyer subsequently submitted a dispute. PP refunded the buyer but couldn't access the sellers bank account.

This case was passed to a debt collecting agency (think they sold the debt to be honest) and it remains to be seen if this goes to court.

As regards is it safe to use your real bank info, I would say NO!!

To get your money out of PayPal (if you don't submit genuine bank details which are not verified) you may also want to consider buying something from yourself, online, where the money is paid to a toally different merchant, and there are loads to choose from out there.

To be honest, I keep my PP accounts totally legit so can't really help you much on this!

paypal cant see your bank name generally (a few exceptions) so they dont know it is different dtails so relax, you can withdraw no problem, now if you get limited and they ask for id then you need to get creative, but if they dont unlimit you can withdraw in 180 days,

Does the hold that paypal put on your money effect this. For instance...say that the account just received the money and they place a 21 day hold on the account...how can you withdraw the money before the hold has been lifted.

Ive heard you can do a 1$ refund and it will un hold, but you will get your account banned fast/
