Fake paypal limited? Need Some Help

Well i made a paypal just to sell something and then buy something or just lets say fake.

And then it got limited and they say i must get for them a
- Proof of address

* Utility Bill

And i dont have any ofc-.-

And i would need some help to make 1?

If its possible pls post here or pm me

ive experienced with fake utility bills and proof of address that submit to paypal. Paypal accept it and remove my limitation. I just used paint for that not photoshop or others image editing software. Remember to find actual bills and just replace the name and address.Make sure not used US bills for Singapore address.

Once i tried to send them fake photoshoped and they written a note "appeal permanently denied". this Paypal account is over risk.
 
you probably used a proxy , or you made a us account that is from the city of Dallas for eg , but your logging in from a different state.

Even if you verify the PayPal you'll probably get suspended again since your not probably logging in correctly , remember to also delete your cookies and flash cookies if your using multiple accounts.

to delete flash cookies - google " delete flash cookies" , then the first link should be the adobe website settings manager. In the little box under " Website Storage Settings panel" click on the tab with the yellow folder. Then click "delete all sites"

To delete cookies - well that depends on every browser. It's super easy , just google it if your having a hard time.

you MUST delete both these set of cookies before logging into any of your accounts. Just make it a custom to delete them after and before logging out.

ALTERNATIVE:

For each seperate paypal accounts , make different users on your computer. You wont have to delete any cookies and paypal will be happy to see that there's no fishy activity going on with your cookies. Everything will look normal
