Porn companies have a very hard time getting approved. AKA agencies.
You have to get a meeting with the head of Marketing at OF if you're an agency.
As an individual, it will be fruitless. You will not be able to verify, and you will not be able to provide the model release forms with picture proof of a model holding the release and their driver's license. All content with another person in it MUST provide these pieces of info, or the video will be removed.
