I'm having a hard time getting LPs with no affiliate links on it to be approved for adwords.
Can anyone show me an example of a fake LP that gets approved by google?
Read the adwords TOS. If you want an affiliate site approved then it must look like a site that provides value to its visitors. So write 10-15 aritcles and don't place too many advertisement on your site.
Landing pages need a call to action generally. It makes no sense to have a landing page -- i.e. take out advertising -- for a page without a call to action. It's actually a red flag to have a landing page without a call to action. Makes some reviewers and networks think you want to cloak or something, lol.
The simplest thing to do is to place an optin box at the bottom of an article or otherwise below the fold. You can use affiliate style presell pages similar to what HowThingsWork.com does with Adwords although you shouldn't use a direct affiliate link in the CTA.
