Fake ip for mobile using connectify

Hello everyone
I have problem
I using proxy vpn and Proxifier to fake ip US on PC and i use Connectify for mobile connect to internet
When i acessed whoer.net website on PC i saw my ip address is US ip address but when i using mobile acess to whoer.net (using conectify ) my ip address is not US ip address
Please help me to config connectify to fake US ip address on my mobile.

You could just use a random VPN on your phone to spoof your IP as USA. Why connectify?
